Regretably, I am probably too late with this answer and you had to suffer alone, I am very sorry. There were probably falsely bright and brittle-mannered people there with hunched shoulders....oh, I cannot go on....it is too much...you are stronger than I.........i admire you for coming through it unscathed.

period pains.i get them so bad that i can not move or stay sitting or lying donw so i have to make myself sleep
