nordstroms.com (bp) is really good, as well as jcrew (very classy dresses). You can also try bloomingdales.com, and any other large department stores. But if you're looking to save money, try stores like loehmanns.com or filenes basement.

go to Amazon.com, they have different sellers full of cute dresses and they ship quickly, plus everything is reasonably priced.
