check the relays in your fuse box, it must have come loose, just push it back in and try your indicators. if not seek an auto electrician

a couple options. 1) Check your owners manual, look up your fuse box and see if your indicator light have their own fuse, if so, you can probably pull out the fuse and look at it. If the little metal bar doesn't run all the was to both plugs then it needs to be replaced. Take it to an auto parts store and get one exactly like it. put the new one in and see if it works. 2) check your warrenty if you short out your electrical system trying to fix it yourself you could void your warrenty.

its hard to tell without knowing the year and model of the car, they all have their own inherent problems, if the instrument cluster has needles instead of digital read out and all of the guages are dead I would first check the fuse in the fuse box marked "guages", also check to see if any others are bad and replace them too. if its digital and nothing lights up it may have a bad lighting circuit inside the panel, in either case it could have a loose connection behind the instrument cluster or the whole thing could be bad. if all the fuses are ok, while driving down the road you could try to smack the top of the dash to see if they pop up into action, that would indicate a loose connection.

I have a feeling you are talking about the turn indicators? If so there is a flasher in the fuse box that needs replacing

Could be a fuse. Take it back to where you bought it and have them fix it.

Take it back to where you bought it, it is a safety issue and they have to address that.
