1. Take your time and do not rush your approach and shots.
2. Focus on hitting your targets (boards, dots and arrows).
3. Practice and concentration makes for a steady game.
4. Pick your bowling equipment carefully and don't think that high performance equipment is better for all skill levels. Most beginners buy expensive pro quality stuff thinking it will make them better bowlers. A $75 bowling ball works just as good as a $250 one. Depends on the bowler.
5. Build muscle memory when practicing by trying to copy your same armswing and hand release every time. That way, you will be able to deliver the ball and train your eyes/arm/hand to react the same way every shot.
6. Have fun and don't torture yourself trying too hard to be good. I'd be more happier being lucky than good! Bad shots or game happen and we learn to improve ourselves from those moments.
7. Don't try to copy the professional styles. Remember, they started out as amateurs and took years to fine tune to their body styles and comfort levels. If you manage to build your own bowling delivery and style, it's yours and you built it from they way you feel comfortable bowling.

HIT THE PINS!!! :)

When you look at the bowling lane, there are arrows or triangles or dots throughout the lane. There are some right in front of you as you bowl. Try aiming at the very middle one if you bowl straight with no curves. If you have a curve, aim at the opposite side the ball curves off too. Throw smooth, nice, gliding roll - good luck!!

The weighted no-tip bowls do paintings. But in case your puppy is a significant breed, you'll be able to do what I did and get a bucket for external. Then I discover I do not ought to fill it a couple of occasions an afternoon they usually are not able to tip it.

Always use the same approach and throwing motion. Use the arrows and dots on the lane to guide the ball where you want it to go.
