a series on tv date I cannot remember but it was set beween America and Mexico there was a father and I think he had two sons one called John the other Buck, there father was married to a Mexican girl namedVictoria whos Father had a big Hacienda and ranch across the border can anyone help.

The High Chaparral debuted on NBC in the year 1967 until 1971. It was created by David Dotort who is also the creator of Bonanza. The TV show starred Leif Erickson as the main character Big John Cannon.

The High Chaparral revolves on the story of the Cannon Family. They manage the High Chaparral Ranch located at Arizona Territory. Aided by his brother Buck and son Billy Blue, he wants to establish his own cattle empire despite the hostility of Indians. When his mother died, he married the daughter of the powerful Montoyas, Victoria. Thus, he did this to reunite his family. m

High Chaparral. Son Blue was played by Mark Slade. Buck was the ranchers brother and Blue's uncle and the ranch hand Manolito was played by Henry Darrow and was the brother to Victoria.

Bonanza had the Cartwright family

The sons were: Adam; Horse; and Little Joe
Adam looked Latino, so may have had the Mexican mom
