I looked on the net, but some say 3 seasons others say 5-6 seasons... I want to rent & get caught up!! Last nights episode was so sad, I cried really hard when the lady had to give birth to her dead baby...Im a big ole sap anyways!

I am not sure where you're getting your information from, but we are currently in Season 3 and 7 episodes have been airred. We just started Season 3, so there's still plenty of time to catch up, especially with the winter break coming up too!
Season 1 (Spring 2005) - 9 episodes
Season 2 (Fall 2005-Spring 2006) - 27 episodes
Season 3 (Fall 2006-Spring 2007) - have currently shown 7 episodes, not including the one that will air this week on 16NOV06.

This is the 3rd season. Season 1 is only 9 episodes and then Season 2 was a full season. I watched all of Seasons 1 & 2 over the summer so that I would be totally up on everything before this season.

This is the third season and two of them are on DVD.
Yes it was a good episode. The question is what will George learn about Burke. He already suspect Burke is having a problem with his hand and now he needs him to operate on his father. And also, will Bailey let Christina help out? All that yet to come.

I think Izzie is gonna die because she's leaving the show. I heard that George was leaving too but I didn't think he was gonna die also. But anyway I think it's gonna be Izzie because she was on the elevator. And George is gonna stay because he was not on it. I read that they were suppose to have a story line for George to where if he wanted to come back to the show then he could. Either way the show wont be the same.

It's season 3. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the show!...And yes, last nights episode was sad, but it had some funny moments too.
