I think so.
For calculating the forces between atoms in molecules, you can solve this problem now, for small molecules using the law of physics.
However for large molecules it is not the case and you must use approximations

Yes chemistry is a subset of physics and was invented by physicist to deal with chemical properties and interactions of matters. There is a huge crossover between the two, but physics often take studies from chemistry and use them in physical applications.
Physicists also invented statistics. Physicist invented a lot of things to get other people to do their dirty work. It's hilarious

the fast answer is, we don’t. Love, like certainty and justice, are previous the attain of the actual sciences. We could seem to philosophy and theology. I understand this would enrage many that sense that each thing could be answerable in terms of physics and chemistry, yet going by potential of those on my own, there is only no component to certainty, justice or love. As Dr. long island (of the Watchmen) reported, “A stay physique and a lifeless physique comprise an identical sort of debris. Structurally, there’s no discernable distinction. existence and demise are unquantifiable abstracts, Why could I complication?” we are able to’t get a unanimous vote on meaning and values right here on earth, or maybe an overwhelmingly majority vote could nonetheless be incorrect. If physics and chemistry is all there is… if existence got here out of ultimately unliving sources, if all it is began from 0, from no longer something, there is no reason to believe that as quickly as we like or carry convictions, or that we protest injustice, or are attentive to ourselves, that there is any intending to it in any respect. As Einstein replaced into properly conscious, to be quite time-honored, a regulation had to be ideal in all frames of reference. we would desire to conceal all the bases. evaluate Idi Amin, Osama bin weighted down, Hitler, Stalin and All those adult adult males. on the inspiration of physics and chemistry, they didn’t do something incorrect. think of approximately that. Now, do you REALY desire to no longer have all and distinctive above us interior the universe, to declare that some issues are precise and different issues are incorrect? If there's a God, an eternal God, a private God, and especially, a multi-very own God through fact the Christian Trinity is represented, then love and relationship is something that has constantly been there, before physics and chemistry have been made. it somewhat is the only element that provides us room to rationally desire that our little lives and our little love is well worth something. each thing else is self-delusion. 14 DEC 06, 1313 hrs, GMT.

Chemistry is often called the "central science" because it connects other sciences, such as physics, material science, nanotechnology, biology, pharmacy, medicine, bioinformatics and geology.[2] These connections are formed through various sub-disciplines that utilize concepts from multiple scientific disciplines. For example, physical chemistry involves applying the principles of physics to materials at the atomic and subatomic level.
Chemistry pertains to the interactions of matter. These interactions may be between two material substances or between matter and energy, especially in conjunction with the First Law of Thermodynamics
Physical chemistry is the study of the physical and fundamental basis of chemical systems and processes. In particular, the energetics and dynamics of such systems and processes are of interest to physical chemists. Important areas of study include chemical thermodynamics, chemical kinetics, electrochemistry, statistical mechanics, and spectroscopy. Physical chemistry has large overlap with molecular physics. Physical chemistry involves the use of calculus in deriving equations. It is usually associated with quantum chemistry and theoretical chemistry.
Nuclear chemistry is the study of how subatomic particles come together and make nuclei. Modern Transmutation is a large component of nuclear chemistry, and the table of nuclides is an important result and tool for this field.
and many more
Physics overlaps with chemistry concerning the electro-chemical interactions of substances.
chemistry is the science of matter (such as atoms and molecules) and the chemical substances that they form in the bulk. The structure, reactivity, and properties of a chemical compound are determined by the properties of the underlying molecules, which can be described by areas of physics such as quantum mechanics (called in this case quantum chemistry), thermodynamics, and electromagnetism. Lord Rutherford said, "Science is physics, everything else is stamp collecting."
He meant that physics supplies the answers to mechanisms (eg: chemical reactions) whereas chemistry classifies (periodic table) and is then able to predict the outcome of reactions.
The above is a great quote for physicists to use to wind up scientists of other disciplines.
By the way, Lord Rutherford later won a Nobel Prize for chemistry!
