She needs to tell him to get lost and to sound like she means it. If she has to call him a loser or whatever. Otherwise he will keep on bugging her just to make you mad enough to start a fight. Then he'll play the victim and get pity from her. Tell her to take care of the situation right away before it gets out of hand. Believe me I have been through this with an ex and I wish I had told him to get the heck out of my life sooner than when I did. Good Luck!
