I think that Internet is both useful and harmful! The good sides of Internet is that you can find a lot of information and learn many things and also, you can spend your free time playing games or surfing the Internet!
The bad sides of Internet is that if you use it continually you spend all your time with it than with your friends! You become a victim of technology! I believe that all people need to use Internet, but not overdue it with it!

Both, for example, this site may be harmful or useful. Useful since it helps you answer your question, or harmful since some people are crazy and asking you who would they rather mary, their wife, or her 90 year old grandma!
Depends on what you encounter. But i think the internet is more useful than harmful. E-mail, chat, the whole world is connected on something that is cyber space, does not exist.

On the whole useful, but unfortunately it has also given scammers and paedophiles access to vulnerable people in their target groups.

well water can be harmful or useful too..it depends on how you use it.
so my answer is, it depends on how you use it. its a complex environment. a lot of people tend to abuse it. for the freedom of anonymity.
