When is always a great question when booking travel but it is never the same every year. Some suppliers however if you book it and it becomes available cheaper later will adjust the price and refund the difference. Where are you looking to go in the Dominican Rep? You should book as soon as possible because February is carnival month for Dominicans, and the end of February is the culmination of the carnival. Alot of Dominicans living out of the country and many tourists travel to DR during this month, so you should book now.

right now is the cheapest time to book. check out www.cheapcaribbean.com
it's off season at the moment so thats why it cheaper.
