Do a volunteer job at the grade school. Have a discussion about the guilt of stealing at the grade school. Then have a party using your own money plus an extra 20% of what you stole from other kids.

Your analogy is flawed as the bully is breaking a "law" (moral if not judicial) God is not. Suppose you committed a murder; do you think the judge should let you off if you disagree with the law? As far as God is concerned sin is far worse than we can possibly imagine; His law lays down a punishment for the crime. Just because you don't think it's so bad doesn't absolve you from God's righteous judgement. In the same way that you can ignore the law of the land and risk the punishment that goes with it so you can ignore God's law; the difference is you can't ever escape God's righteous judgement.

Go to that grade school and donate money. Volunteer you time at that school and help a teacher out. Be a mentor for a child.

Maybe you could make a considerable donation to a charity and call it even. Unless you can contact each and every person you stole from and return their lunch money.
