Cramping in early pregnancy is common. It is how I know I was pregnant both times. I also had some spotting around 8 weeks pregnant. I had it for 2 weeks. It was pink at first and then turned to brown. The Dr. said that it was just old blood that was being pushed out of the uterus.
If you are having a miscarriage, you'll know. There will be a lot of blood, clots, and painful cramps.
Good luck!

Spotting does not imply you're going to miscarry. I had a miscarriage two years in the past and i'm now four months pregnant. As lengthy because it isnt shiny pink blood then it is by and large simply the left over blood to your cervix. Keep a watch on it tho. As lengthy as i remains browish it is ok. Red is not any well. Good Luck.

If you are only 2 weeks past your period, you may not even be pregnant. Spotting early in pregnancy is normal. If you are pregnant, and having a miscarriage, you will KNOW it. You bleed heavily and the cramps are so bad you can't even stand upright. You could be having implantation spotting, where the embryo is attaching itself to the uterine wall, or you could be just about to have your period.

you have to bleed quite heavily .. when I m/c 3 months ago .. I didn't feel anything just a bit of blood and then a bit more and a bit more until it was like my period..... then one night I just cramped up really badly I couldn't move .. it was agony and then I bleed for 10 days ....
30% of women bleed during pregnancy and 50% of those go on to have happy healthy babies... so if your not even bleeding I really would just relax and cramping is quite common in early pregnancy as the body is adjusting..
congrats!

spotting does not mean miscarriage. if you have a miscarriage you would bleed like a regular period or even heavier. if you are spotting you should be checked out by your doctor. you may need to take it easy and get alot of bed rest. good luck on your pregnancy and CONGRATULATIONS.

no, spotting doesn't mean miscarriage. During pregnancy, it's normal to spot. What indicates micarriage is heavy cramping accompanied by bleeding.

not exactly. but if so, you should ask your doc. if it's a slight spotting, lie in bed for a couple of days and have a good rest.
