It could be so much worse, most people lose their marbles just once and that's it, they don't get another go at losing them again.
I should try locking them in the drawer or cupboard, or a pocket with a zip.

In your marble keeper box with space for remote controls that can be used as slippers also- £1.99 from those catalogues they put through the doors at times with things like socks that you can clean the floor with at the same time as wearing them etc.

Oh well. In that case, I'll have to suggest "down the furnace vent," because that's what the previous occupants of my house apparently did.

Obviously, they didn't take them along when they moved, which explains a lot. They did seem a bit disoriented at closing.

The best solution is just to keep losing them till there are none left then you'll be none the wiser to, or care about their absence or whereabouts.
