Lumens are a measure of the flow of light per unit time (luminous flux) from a light emitting object, such as a light bulb. Look on a package of your light bulfs at home. It will almost certainly list the lumen rating of the bulb. Lumens are usually measured in terms of the amount fo light flowing from a standardized candle. The higher the lumen rating, the higher the number of standardized candles the light flowing from the object is equal to.

A nanometer is a linear measure. It is equal to one billionth of a meter (1 divided by 10^9 meters), a very short length indeed. The only way in which it is related to lumens is that a nanometer can be used to measure the wavelength of the light being emitted from an object.
