(with the Fs above and below the central C)
or

(with the F and H above and below the central C)


and why? I don't know which answer to choose.. Thank you!!!

Doesn't matter- in a molecular model, you will see that the arrangement of atoms is the same around an sp3 carbon, so if you rotate it, you could picture them in either of those arrangements.
