Never atall in my life have I recieved full erection. Whenever I try to have sexual intercourse, I ejaculate just at the time I'm beginning to feel erection and never regain. Please I need help about this.

Yes unfortunately. It's all a mind thing. Wet dreams(ejaculating while asleep) happens a lot when a guy is flaccid. It's all in the mind. Men can even make themselves ejaculate without anybody touching their penis if they can thing about something arousing. However, if your having sex while he goes flaccid and Then ejaculates then somethings wrong. Not physically but mentally. Maybe he is really nervous or stressed out. But he should be able to stay hard unless he has ED. But to answer your question, Yes. A man can ejaculate while being flaccid.

Possibly low blood-pressure....
In some extremely rare cases, it is because the man-parts are too big.... though I'm not going to start guessing.
But generally low blood-pressure...

get a c0ck ring that will keep an erection and keep you hard after you ejaculate..
