Yeah...they had their own Dojo...right up until the Pirates attacked them and destroyed it.
The Puritans didn't really land at Plymouth...it was pirates.
Pirates, being way cooler than ninjas, were able to easily defeat their natural enemies.

Well, everyone knows that Ninjas have special powers.....DUH! They activate their Dojo by pouring a little hot water over a tiny statue...then when they are done...they blow their breath over to miniaturize it again! Those sneaky Ninjas..! Ahhh...good times..!

They hid in the scuppers and snuck out at night. some where probably camped out in the bilge but not many.
