DON'T USE IT . I was a cleaner when i fell preg with both my children and the 1st thing my supervisor told me was not to use the buffer. because of the weight of the machine and the vibration. Also during pregnancy and for a year after the birth your body produces a hormone called relaxin this helps your ligaments in your pelvis stretch for birth but it also makes all your other ligaments more likely to be damaged, so even stretching or turning akwardly could result in torn ligaments that's why they tell u took take things easy

Well my doctor told me to cut down on the number of industrial floor buffers i eat while pregnant soo.........? No really what are you asking? Are you asking if using one is harmful? If so then I guess it depends on whether you are used to using one all the time. If you are used to it probably not a problem until you are in the later stages but by then you shouldn't be fighting with it anymore.

All of those are crap. i become 6 months alongside and went to Disney! final weekend I observed a girl and felt so sorry for her at Busch Gardens. She gave the effect of she become waiting to have that toddler then and nevertheless walking around the park. mendacity on your abdomen after on the subject of the third or 4th month is achieveable, merely not very delicate. Coughing or sneezing might make you pee on your self at 7 a million/2 months and previous, yet completely risk-free. Your physique would not allow you to do it if it would reason harm. the only one that should reason issues isn't ingesting sufficient of the right ingredients (ie: attempting to nutrition plan jointly as pregnant) and not taking supplements

Check with the company then try health and safety if you are still not sure.
Industrial buffers cause alot of vibration and can be difficult to control cause you to strain so you should be careful.

It could be. I read an article when I was pregnant that says you should avoid machines that cause any vibration to your body. If you have an HR Department in your company, you should ask them to find out. Or if the machine has a leaflet, it should have guidelines on usage in there.

I know your not ment to strain to lift things in early pregnancy, so as long as it isn't really heavy and hard to use, should be ok
