Since you're asking this in the Vancouver, Canada section, you are obviously totally lost. There is a town called Argentia in Newfoundland, which is at the opposite end of Canada to Vancouver. Closest country is the United States, but it's a very long and somewhat cold swim.

Wrong coastline. Vancouver is on the Pacific Ocean so why is this question under Vancouver? Argentia is on the Atlantic coast 4 time zones away. It is also a town, not a country... it is part of Canada. There are some French islands nearby, the US of course is close, and Greenland is part of Denmark if you want to get that far away about it.
If you meant to say Argentina, you forgot the N and you're still in the wrong section. Argentina is in South America from the southern tip up the Atlantic side.

Assuming you ment Argentina, Inglatino is correct.
If you meant Argentia, Newfoundland, France is not bordering, but is close - the French islands of St. Pierre and Micquelon aren't far away.
