Search engines dont use catergories. If you want to change the words your website will pop u[p under then you have to adjust the meta tags on your website. Most website hosts make these for you and place them in the code of your website however if you believe that you dont have any then simply go ot google and type in "meta tag creator" and you will find dozens of sites which produce the code for you. Then all you have to do is place it in the html code of your website. (or whateva it is u used to create your page)

What do you mean by category? I don't think there are anybecause search engines use keywords. What you write and the links you use determine search engine placement, depending what the searcher types for a keyword.
