abze 36 what is wrong with 'slabbering' - do you mean the spelling? I overruled the spell check - it lacks my mental capacity.

I find that I only trust huge, slobbering dogs...the kind that are apt to drown an intruder rather than disembowel them. The little guys are awfully cute to look at, but I'm not sure that I trust them...they seem to be plotting something. Oh, and then there's that little fascist syndrome that seems to affect all the little ones... Hitler... Napoleon ...poodles ...my mother...

I vote teeth.

My neighbor has a tiny, fluffy, slabbering mass of teeth, does that mean she has the IDEAL ideal pet? If so, the ideal pet is still not housebroken at 2 years of age.

fish are hard to keep they are the most delicate of all pets. Rabbits are OK but doe's (females) suffer with pmt big time worse than human females - sorry girls but its true. rabbits are also mute they only grunt. guinea pigs make 32 different sounds and there are many different breeds to choose from. the best by far is the Rat. they are intelligent and the cleanest of all the rodents. hamsters and mice tend to be nocturnal and aggressive fluffy with teeth they also smell bad. so i would say the best pet is a rock - no need to clean it, feed it, water it. no teeth no fur. it wont need the vet and it wont die on you.

Hmm, tiny - a feathered bird, fluffy - a cute dog, mass of teeth - vicious partner, i suggest stick to cooking. Only joking !
Seriously, don't get either pet they just a pain in the butt when you wanna go away on holiday.

My Jack Russell Terrier/Doberman Pinser Cross has all of these characteristics and is three years old this month - he is just so cute. Still got plenty of courage - the postman doesn't believe me that his bark exceeds his willingness to bite though!

Lovely, ideal pet... not always good not always bad and great fun.

I reckon something about 1 foot tall, a bit fluffy, wings and good egg production provides everything you need from a pet.

Neither! The ideal pet is six foot tall, handsome, kind, helpful, practically minded, good at DIY, has a good sense of humour and is not dependent on you financially.
