I got a Motorola V323. How do I send one of my mp3's or midi's to it for free?

I looked at something called mms? Could I email myself a mms with the mp3 file attached or something? Is there a freeware program that I could use?

I dont have a data cable either.

check wether it has got a datacable. through it you can transfer anything from pc.
