Durgapur is so small that you dont need internet. Just go to the only shop in Durgapur and ask the only 3 girls who live there....if they are interested.

As it is, I am from Durgapur too. And the answer to this question is unknown to me as well. If some girl wants to befriend you and reveals that she is from Durgapur, the work is done. Else, I'm at a loss. Anyway, hope to learn something from the other answers to your question.

India is kind of too remote from my area, but still i guess that your approach is a good one. Try all the instant messangers, icq, yahoo and msn messager, skype, and so on, if you really want to you'd find a way, the question is do you want your girlfriend to be chosen on the basis of her geographical address?
