Yes, I would expect that since the GeForce 6200 was a low end non gaming card when it came out, and that was a few years ago, which means it is now an outdated low end non gaming card. Time for an upgrade.

Look on the Nvidia website and find the newest drivers for your card. I'm not too familiar with Nvidia drivers since I'm an ATI guy, but be sure to download the ones that specify support for the 6200. Uninstall your old video drivers in the 'Add or remove programs' option in 'My Computer'. Restart. Then install your new drivers from where you downloaded them to. Restart again. After that, try your game. If it does the same thing, you have a hardware problem. When video cards break or become unstable, they have that distortion which is called "artifacting". Either your card is overclocked and does not like it, or it's just time that you find a new card.
