What kind of question is that? They looked just like anyone else did at that time. Do you really think they were all old haggard unmarried women with warts on their nose??
It was the same then as it is now. You could be standing right next to a witch and not even know it, just as they didn't back in the 1600's.

If you are thinking that they had gnarled faces with warts........YOU ARE SO WRONG. They looked, and still look, the same as you and I. Period dress may have changed, but faith is the same. The witches of the 1600s they look, dressed, acted the same. Although, few of them did live away from the rest of the town. But if you are wanting to know what people wore in that era...I suggest you watch "The Crucible"...this is a movie..as well as a book...based on the accusations of the Salem Witch Trials.

. There were no Witches. What you would have seen is as follows; a women (always poor) possibly without a husband due to war, disease,or shorter life expectancy. Living in dire poverty, illiterate, scratching to make ends meet, living from the fields and hedgerows, eating things that grow wild, victimised by Christians, who were hugely superstitious and only too willing to declare witchcraft and claim a PART OF THE WOMAN'S LAND, OR PROPERTY after death. An ordinary woman, simple, no education, no means of protecting herself from the bigots who saw Witches everywhere, and were keen to take revenge , or profit from false accusations.

Like they do today with black pointed hats, a cape and cat, and carried a broomstick. They cooked frogs and newts in the cauldron they carried around with them.
If you believe that then you will believe anything.
No witches or so called witches never took on anyother guise than the normal dress of that period.
look at the cloths the witches of Salem wore , they looked just like the pilgrims dressed in the garb of that time.

In some ways, the same as they look like today.
People stay the same. From age to age the costuming may change, but that is only more proof the clothes don't make the person.

They looked just like everyone else. Being a witch is a religion and does not really effect the way one looks.

Just like everyone else. Actually no one that was hung at the witch trials was a witch. They were all falsely accused.
