Surround yourself with positive things and peolpe. Make sure you get often to have the sun cover you. All of these things and others build from your own preferences will cause a modd shift in the positive direction. Wear brighter colors as well. And convince yourself that you are as great as they come.

Take care of yourself, dress nice (shower daily - you might find that funny but depressed people don't). Keep a nice home, makes you feel good. Join something to keep you busy, work out and excercise boost your emotional well-being. Take a class, start a hobby - feel good things that mean the most to you. Do for yourself first!

Do something you really enjoy doing, go out with friends, wake up in the morning with positive thoughts, plan your day and look forward to doing whatevery you will be doing but above all talk to a close friend about your problem!

Self esteem comes from within and therefore if I believe in who I am and what I represent then it will indeed radiate..If you allow people to control or influence you and what you are about then you will be giving your power within away to them...Never relinquish the thrown...Works for me...

Keep telling yourself that you are great. I do ( or course I am great and beautiful to lol ) Keep focusing on the positive and not the negative. You are just as good as anyone out there and better then some.

It never really goes away, but you can mask the symptoms. Read positive energy books, one in particular is "The power of positive thinking" byNorman Vincent Peale. It will change your life!
