If and when the United States has a Cannabis Cup, styled like that of the Netherlands, what do you think would be a more ideal location, New York or California? And why?

Go to Amsterdam, as I did, and see the state of the people in the 'Coffee Shops'. After seeing the mess those people have made of themselves it is my opinion that anyone who smokes cannabis must be a complete wunce.
