Ok. If you want to be funny and are a bloke, then I would wear the famous "little black dress" that all of us women have for just this kind of occasion. A red scarf and red high heels. Shave your legs though and get a wig. You don't have to tart it up too much. I think you will be the hit of the party.

Wear some good black trousers, and a cool red belt. Maybe a black and red t-shirt that says something funny on it? Add finishing touches, like a black bowler hat with red trim.
