There is something called "fissures" that are located right where you go potty (giggles)....if there is increased pressure of any kind there, they will cause tiny tears. These tears will cause blood however only when you do have a bowel movement. Also, there is a big difference between blood when you wipe and blood within your bowel movement. Be alert at where the blood is coming from. If the blood is within the bowel movement of if you notice a significant amount in the toilet itself...seek a doctor.
Otherwise fissures will heal on their own... Good luck

i recently visited my doctor about this. i notice some on the paper after wiping. they got me an appointment at the hospital. they had a look and said i had a small tare just instead from possible straining or solid stools. they gave me some cream to help it heal. it worked very quickly. all better now. go visit your doc for the same.

Sounds like piles to me (unless you have been doing something unatural). Preparation H & eating lots of fibre will help. If it continues or gets worse see a Doc
