Some1 once said a woman is what she knows and not what she wears i think it was India Arie.A woman is one of those people you meet and think wow,I want my G/f, daughter or wife to be like that.A man stands head and shoulders above the rest not always in height but more in stature and aura and stands out in a crowd One of those people you just gotta meet. Many females and males have answered this question.A man and a woman would have known exactly what you were talking about.

You want to know the "main" thing. Well considering we see more people dressed than naked, the body parts aren't the best way of telling. Maybe the answer has to be a mixture of clothes, hair, face and voice. Let your experience guide you. Although in todays modern age none of these can be conclusive. You could just ask, but be prepared for a smack in the face.

Body language - mens and womens are so different!
For instance, girls/women will quite unconciously walk down the street and smile at people (women/men/children - no difference). Men very rarely smile at other men - although they'll often give a flirtatious grin to a lady!

The shape of their torso & hips.
Also their thighs if you can see them, they seemed to be shaped differnt, also only women can get cellulite.
A woman can sound like a man sometimes,
but it's much harder for a man to sound like a woman.

if he is standing in front of the mirror and shaving his face that's a man but then again you will find some of them standing in front of the mirror and they are not shaving and you begin to wonder if they are men and then on a Saturday night when the women get a good drink in them its hard to tell the difference between man and woman

if you had a room with furniture in it, and let your man and women go in seperatly for 30 seconds( without telling them why) and then changed the curtains, a women would instantly notice on going in for a second time that there were different curtains a man wouldnt......

Women are softer, smell nicer and their skin is smoother. Men are physically stonger, their bristles hurt when you kiss and they aren't as snuggly to cuddle up to in bed.
