Going to the gym at 7.30am will knacker anyone for the day!! Seeing as you went out to see the Lights last night AND had a busy day today, I'd say watch that back!! It needs a break! I think a cuddle and a kip would solve your problem! Oh yeah! Btw! I WILL marry you and you can become my afternoon sex slave! LOL Just don't tell our kids! ;-)

Probobly the lack of sleep and the fact that you just had lunch. Usually our bodies our content after a meal and it makes you tired. If you are not resting well at night and wake up often, you might need to see a doctor about sleep apnea if you are having the problem alot. You could have gotten your tummy full and the brain said it was nappy time...lol. Hope this helps.

If you're already tired, then you go to the gym and then walk around shopping for hours, of course you're going to be tired. Nothing to do with being 42. Have a good sleep.

Nothing but tired.
You are active from the morning 7.30. Also you had your lunch and it will definitely lead to sleepiness
But if you sleep after lunch, your working out at Gym will go waste. You will gain weight if you sleep immediately after lunch or dinner.

Yes, don't worry - have a nap for 1/2 hour, you'll be good for the rest of the day. I do it myself on Sundays sometimes.

Maybe you overdone it by overexhausted yourself. Slow down. You don't want to waste your energy. It could also because of not enough sleep. Somehow I don't see how this fits into general-family and relationship when it should be in diet and fitness.
