your goal should be getting your No 1 position back and not beating her to that place ... this way you will have less burden on yourself and you will achieve what you set out to acheive ... if she doesnt like people talking good about you thats her problem and she has to deal with it not you ... you are obviously at an advantage here - you are good at studies thats given also you have your friends support and then shes jealous of you .. what more do you want ... be happy and cheerful at all times .. you dont have to be good to her but dont be mean to her .. just ignore her concentrate on your studies .. you will definitely come 1st in your class again and that will be the icing on the cake ... all the best ..

The best revenge is living well. Be nice to her - it will catch her off guard, and you won't be so miserable all the time. Do the best you can for YOU - it doesn't matter if you're first in class, as long as you're doing the best you can. There will always be people smarter than you, and there will always be people who are not as smart as you. Next time she makes a face at you just smile at her. Don't talk bad about her behind her back, and don't make faces at her. If she continues her bad behavior it will only make you look better. Having friends and a good reputation, and being a good person, is more important than being first in class, and will earn you more respect. There is no need to feel disheartened or hate towards her.

Tie her down&try speaking sense to her(like if you don't stop cheating i'm gona make you my g/f and then there could be trouble) if that don't work slap her to a pulp, Take her study notes weeks before a test,Mid test tell the teacher you suspect her of cheating. If all these things don't work just quit cos she's simply smarter than you...there's nothing you can do.. Except bribe the teacher so she gives you the memo maybe that's what she's doing.Move schools and be the smart kid who's hated by everyone there.Maybe that's why she moved some smart kid came to her school and decided to take over it.

The more you get concerned of her the more you lose. So please do your own part and concentrate on your strengths. Score well in your strong subject and try to better in others.

Most important you also need to swallow the fact that you still have not met the best of the best who might be out there.

Don't be disheartened.

Keep smiling and the world is the best place to live in.

Don't let her get to you. You know what kind of person you are and that's good enough. If she is rude to people, it's just a matter of time before she alienates herself from the rest of your class. Be the better person, don't let het get to you, keep your head up high and keep studying. She is the immature one here, not you. The only way to defeat her is to not let her bother you.

There's always going to be someone in the world who is better than us. I have experienced the same thing and while it can feel disheartening you have to accept that they may be smarter than you, it is definitely possible. The teachers are following strict guidelines and it's not worth their careers to use favoritism so just work harder and achieve higher results. It's called competitiveness. Don't be rude back as you shouldn't have to lower yourself to her level of rudeness to be great. ;) Good luck

hatered is not the answer , you will always find someone a little better than you , do your best , talk to your class mates ,it take a lot of engry to get and stay mad with someone ,if you hate and stay mad about someone or something you can do nothing about , you are using up a lot of engry on that one thing or person, be friendly ,be as good as you can,you seen like a leader, show your class that you and this girl can get along and the others will follow .This is the beginning you may not be first any more in school ,but you can be the best that you can

competition can bring out the best and the worst in people. make it a healthy competition by allowing yourself to be challenged enough to do real good in school. but be careful, if in a race you keep looking over your shoulder to see where your opponents are, chances are you'll get distracted and lose. so focus instead on your studies. anyway, it sounds like you are already the number 1 student in class - at least in terms of friendliness. good luck!
