Most of Blair's babes are old, useless no brainers, who only got in on a lottery ticket of having to have a certain amount of women picked as election candidates, and were not picked on merit. There are a very few who are there that were picked for their merit.

No there are no candidates for babehood amongst them. They weren't selected on the basis of their ability or merit - they got there on a quota system.
