it is due to the rotaion of the Earth with respect to Sun ,
it is visible from east first not rising ,
the light rays emerges form east.

The Earth rotates on its axis counter clockwise. This causes the sun to appear rising in the east.

That's just because of wich way the Earth spins. If it spun the other way, then the sun would appear to rise in the west.

its the earth not sun .cause earth movement from west to east you see sun rise from east
