Value base is shaped on life experience. Initially your values will be shaped primarily by your parents, guardians, and maybe even teachers, or whomever else had a heavy influence on your life. But end the end everyone becomes their own person. And as such your values may shift as you gain life experience and grow more worldly.

The care value base is your beliefs of what the right way to treat someone or something is, when you put all your values together.
