Ok, i'm 11 (12 in December) and I REALLY want either a vespa, motorscooter, but if i can't get either, an electric. But I had an electric like a year ago, so I want to see my choices. Do I have to have a license for a vespa or motorscooter? (I still do love electric, just checking tho :D)

As a rule you do need to have a driver's license to operate a gas powered vehicle on public roads, but I don't think you need one for electric vehicles at all.
