When i was young i loved He-man and She-ra, Dungeons and Dragons, Pirates of the Dark Water, but times have changed and 'Simpsons' always make me laugh. Although Tom and Jerry is a classic hit with the young and old.
There a couple of weird ones showing these days and it makes u wonder wot the point is!!! - but i can't think of their names....

Favourites from my childhood - The Mysterious Cities of Gold (1980's) and The X-men cartoons from the 90's, Sailor Moon, Earthworm Jim, and Freakazoid.
More recent would be Daria, Harvey Birdman.
Don't know about the worst, if I thought it was rubbish - I just wouldn't watch it.

I like Family guy or Southpark the best, and the worst cartoon is "insert random anime title"

Disney cartoons (I mean from movies) are the best.
Tintin by Belgian artist Herge is also very good (from comics)
Asterix also very good (from comics)
Smurf cartoons are also very good and I am suire quite attracted by kids (while Tintin and Asterix not necessarily are for kids).
The worst cartoons are the sex cartoons.

all of max Fleischer and George pal, worst cartoon any thing on comedy central, comedy central SUCKS except the daily show, a diamond in a sea of sh*t
