Well I know its not Afghanistan, that's for sure.
since you didn't say movies as in movies for the big screen, I would have to say, the USA. There are many movies produced there for the television, cable vision, and not to mention the unimaginable amount of porn which is released every day via the Internet and the DVD sales. I am sure India does not have this type of products yet, despite the number of Bollywood movies.
