Try a utility knife or thin screwdriver to get the cracked grout out and then replace with new grout. If you inspect the area closely, make sure that there are no more cracks anywhere, if there are, repeat as necessary.

The hardward store will carry a grout removal tool (a handle, shaft and small diamond-covered metal blade) that you can use to remove the old grout. You need to get fairly deep so the new will "stick". Then, get replacement grout and follow the directions.
