brown or gold would be nice but again it depends on you ..white could be perfect too....find out which color is better on you and better match with ur color skin.

a solid brown top to blend with the skirt or the same gold color as the flowers on the skirt....

I think following through on a brown or beige top would be lovely, or pick up the gold in the skirt with a gold top. My artist sister taught me something that can be useful here: You can introduce ANY color, as long as you carry it through with something else. SO --if you choose an orange top or a green top, add an orange or green belt, or orange or green in your jewelry, or scarf, etc. ANY color as long as you carry it through with another item.
I DON'T agree with black or white. Neither color does anything to enhance the black-and-gold effect.

whatever color you have least of in the skirt try wearing as a top also layer it up with another color say white or something....

try a plain beige, cream or light brown shirt! If you dont find these colours white goes with everything!
