Art such as the Mona Lisa and the Sistine Chapel is it that revered that no amount of money could purchase it?

I mean art not soppy things like childrens smiles etc. Is the sistine chapel or the mona lisa priceless? If so what other works of art are priceless.

Everything has a value. I suppose if the owners of some currently 'priceless' works of art, fell on hard times they'd have their price too.

It is their aesthetic beauty, originality, and uniqueness that make them priceless. However the owner determines the monetary value and some people would sell their own grandmother!

Yes they antiques and such pieces have their own beauty when it is in its original place.
other things being priceless is the Taj mahal,(India) it is a symbol of love.

Priceless things (except people and animals) are usually things that you cannot hold in your hands....love...friendship etc.

My pets are priceless to me, no matter what you offered me for them.
