It's from Disney's Cinderella- and it;s the Fairy Godmother singing it to Cinderella as she gets her ready for the Ball. I love that film! It's also on a TV advert at the moment, but can't remeber what it's for- little balls of light bouncing around, but don't know what it's advertising?!
