Short skirt, long tshirt, belt, kitten heels. Bit Girls Aloud in 'Sound of the Underground'. Always a good look if you are young and skinny, but as the short skirt is balanced by the tshirt (not a vest top) it doesn't look tarty.

Sounds like you could wear whatever you want and look great! Wear what makes you feel good and remember you must not take away from the "hen". A great fitting pair of jeans , a sleeveless sweater , a great belt around sweater or shirt and comfy but cute shoes should do the trick. Hair and makeup can and will be great and that is always the first thing that people notice

Wear a nice pair of black pants with either a slightly flared leg or that are wide legged. On top, wear any color spaghetti strap shirt and over that wear a cropped jean jacket.

a nice pair of hipsa jeans. if your a bigga gal go for flares if quite petite then go for the jeans in fashion and a nise top and a belt round youre middle just under ya boobs and stillettos

ware a cute mini or if to cold ware skiny leg jeans(not to skiny) either way have a chunky belt that would complete an outfit with a cut cami or if to cold ware a cute sweater w/ a cami underneath
and carry a small cute bag and heels or pumps
if your w/ a date try and look special

I would prefer to skirt with a pretty top with heal sandle.
Skirt not very short not very long but look prety with a dashing Mufler or any thing for neck

Try maxi skirts with the relative aspect slits those will look great you! No matter whether you have long legs or not merely strut that skirt
