how can it be done blindfolded? They would have to see it first right? How can you even find it if you are blindfolded?

A Rubik's Cube Blindfolded World Champion clearly has too much time on his/her hands. Don't feel STOOPID for having a life.

No, you're not STOOPID - I have never managed to solve a Rubik's cube in my life (lol) and my IQ is just over average, which must mean that technically, I'm not stupid!

Thing is, there are logically intelligent people, who are usually people who are good at math and logic problems (including things such as Rubik's cubes) and there are artistically intelligent people, who are generally good at languages, art etc... (and not good at Rubik's cubes)

There are variations, but you're probably more artisitc than logical.

Plus - ask yourself "Does the: WORLD BLINDFOLDED RUBIK'S CUBE CHAMPION sound like the kind of person who has a life???"

lol ;-)

I discovered long ago, that the easiest way to do a rubik's cube was to take it apart with a screwdriver then put it back together correctly. this saved me a lot of frustration, and allowed me to have a life! LOL

you can take heart in the fact that you, no doubt, have a much better physique than any rubik's champion - blindfolded or otherwise!

I don't know, do you consider yourself stoopid if you can't poach an egg? I don't think (ouch) anyone that can or can't do a rubik's cube is stupid. Just my opinion but I believe you are far from that. Thought I was gonna hurt myself again did you?

I can do a Rubik's Cube behind my back with my eyes closed.

No.

I've been trying to get my Rubik's Cube right for months! I finally had enough of twisting all the sides so I decided just to peel the stickers off and put them all in the right spot.

My brother used to take a hammer to his Rubik's Cube to get all of the pieces apart. Then he would snap it all back together and amaze our parents with how fast he had solved it. Try that.

Rubiks cubes are retarded.

I got taught a trick on how to do them by my Mum when I was about 12....they are simple to do once you learn the 7-move technique...

Couldn't do it blind folded though.

I can't believe some of these answers! What's the point, if you're going to take the thing apart, or move stickers? You still didn't do it! Jeeezus Pete! So what...if you can't solve the stupid thing? Stop wasting your energy! It makes a lovely paperweight and conversation piece.
