When you get caught speeding -- driving freeway speed in a 30 mph zone -- you blame speed cameras and the "police state."
Now, you're looking for someone else to deal with your overeating for you -- instead of doing it yourself.
I guess "personal responsibility" and "taking care of things by yourself" are not among your strong suits.

I don't know what you've heard about Jeremy Kyle but maybe you'd get some money from that "Too Fat to Walk" thing on c4 if you went on that instead...
Or you could go on You Are What You Eat... I'll be watching for you!

Although over eating is a problem and you probably do need to do something about it (don't we all!!! I am overweight as well) I wouldn't want to go on a television show and talk about a personal issue with myself. I think that your mother is going in the wrong direction with this. I am sure that she is just trying to look out for you because she cares about you and worries about you, but... That's just me. I wouldn't go on a television show for something of that nature. I am a private person though. GOOD LUCK!!!

Theres better ways of doing things than going on that show unless your life is really that sad.
If you want to stop over eating go and see a specalist you can get one on the NHS for free if you have a serious problem

I think you should only go on if you want to. If you really want help to stop over eating then you should. At the end of the day only do what makes you feel happy.

Not one of the brightest ideas your mum would ever have,he will wipe the floor with you, humiliate you, insult you,and in the end not even help you,(only you can do that)but if its a night out,and hotel accommodation-with lots of free scoff thrown in,then he's your man, otherwise,my advise is to steer clear of that spanner.

I would say no! I don't really trust him. And going on National TV, will that really help you! I think you'd have to be prettybrave to do it. It could be humiliating as well, do you really need that. I'm sure your mum is trying to help, but there must be other ways of sortingout your problem; counciling ect. Good luck with it though, I hope everyhting works out.

Your mum only means well, but the only person who can stop you overeating is yourself. If you're really determined to lose weight, you will do it. I strongly advise you to deal with this problem, being obese is not healthy. You don't have to be skinny, just healthy. Good luck!

I'd have to say no!
Apart from royally embarrass and humiliate you, what can he do?
He can't make you lose weight!
Either you want to lose weight or not! If you do, I strongly recommend having a chat with either your doctor or a councillor or maybe even making an appointment with a dietician.
