If someone asked a question and you cant figure it out from what the question states maybe you are not the right person to answer that question, right? So why do people sit there and type stuff like, "whats that", or "what dose this mean"......?

That's because under your question, there's a little plus sign. Put the cursor on it, then click the edit option, and you can add more details and tell people what they want to know (if you think they have a clue).

Then they can modify their own answers from, "What the heck are you talking about???" to something more sensible and helpful.

Well, that's the theory, anyway.

In an effort to be helpful, (as some people try to be,) you may be asked to re-state your question in a different way. This is because people would like to help, but find the question undecipherable or confusing.
In other words, just try again!
