I would like to know if the DFA in the philippines is open for business even on saturday?

official working time is monday to friday but you can go to gov.ph site, it will give u direct link to DFA or u can contact webmaster@dfa.gov.ph.

Nope. Regular working days is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
