I just got a new coppier with fax and scanner and no manuell and no box will any of you help me figure out how it works!

Aw crap, I know this one.
Check if your copier has a USB cable with it. Plug one end in to the copier, and the other end in to the computer. Your computer should say that it's detected new hardware. Hopefully, there will be a CD with it. Put that in the disk drive and a Set Up wizard should appear (if not, click on start, my computer, D: (default) and run). Follow the instructions on the wizard and there will be a manual in one of the "Read Me" files.
Really, once the USB cable is connected, it should do pretty much everything else by itself, or tell you what you need to do.
Hope that helps. My printer/scanner didn't have a USB cable when I got it, so I had to buy one. If you also have to buy one, make sure you know exactly which one you need 'cause there's loads of different types.

I have no idea .... sometimes technology makes it harder, as opposed, to better.
The best way is to ask someone to personally show you and look through each step and then little by little try to get a hang of things
