Not for years. But we will have congressional oversight! Lets see the congressional hearings, committees, and House and Senate investigations get started. I think it is time to sort things out and see some accountability. Maybe rolling back the tax cuts on the top ten percent of American tax payers as well as the corporate welfare is a good place to begin. Work is cut out for us.

He is still the most power full man in the world and he knows it. I just hope that the public doesn't expect the dem's to be able to straighten out, to quickly, the mess that it took the past 6 years to create by a partisan congress.

That's just your opinion that there is a mess, don't forget that the Senate & Congress (Dems &Repubs alike) voted for every thing thats going on !

they've certainly got their work cut out for them....

I think it will be quite some time,(if ever), before the quagmires Bush has created can be undone.
