1. get a list of local coffee shops and resturaunts at least 1 hour from your home.
2. Every day call _____ shops to see if they hang art. If they don't cross them off of the list, if they do, get the name of the person in charge of scheduling. Do not ask to speak with this person, and if they are the person you are speaking with, keep the conversation short and polite.
3. Send the 'good' addresses something in the mail, like a printed brochure, or a postcard. Send it to the point of contact.
4. On the estimated day of arrival of the mailer, call and ask to speak with the contact by name. Ask if they have received your mailer, and see if you can get a show set up. Be specific with dates and times, and be reliable when the time comes.

Banks.-- Also I do signs, creative colorful.I also do air brush on t's,murals on childrens walls. Dr.s' office's.My canvas art get lots of compliments , but they are message paintings about my heritage, life experiences and ect. Not over the couch art. I am a grandmother now and still, that is what I do . I guess to get the big bucks you have to know someone who knows someone.. but usually the cost is too much..

The first thing you can do is put your stuff up on eBay, my friend does that and she loves it.
Set up a website for your work
You can also create a coop gallery with your Friends and use each other to get your work out
Also, there are plenty of contests you can enter and they can give you lots of exposure.

Sell anywhere and everywhere. Don't let an opportunity pass you by. When someone complements your work tell them you sell them.
